The office building is located in Calgary’s downtown core and was substantially completed in 2012 with the final floors being delivered in March 2013. The office tower, which includes 1,358 parking stalls and approximately 26,865 gross leasable square feet of retail space is leased to Encana Corporation for 25 years. Rent escalations will be at 0.75% per annum on the office space and 1.5% per annum on the parking income for the full 25-year term. The Bow is connected by the climate-controlled +15 System to nearby structures, including the Suncor Energy Centre and the Telus Tower. The +15 System is an extensive pedestrian walkway system that opened in 1970 and has since expanded to include more than 60 enclosed bridges connecting the majority of downtown Calgary buildings.
